The number of new single family listings dropped 14.58% July 2016 compared to the previous year. The number of homes under contract rose 9.34% and the number of homes that sold decreased by 9.40% compared to July 2015. The average sales price dropped 9.88% to $153,786 and the average days on the market dropped 30 days or 24.7%.
