Blog ButtonAll of us want maximum visibility for ourselves.

I learned something that has stuck with me from a Professor in my recent doctoral studies who is a Hollywood film producer.  He said visibility is more important than ability.  Mediocre people who are highly visible are much more successful than outstanding people who are not well known.

I have discovered Ten Terrific Tips that will help all of us:

Blogging 1.  Use words that have maximum impact such as success, pain, focus, creative, frustrated, etc.

 2.  Imagine yourself with a problem that bugs you.  Think of problems that homeowners or sellers experience.

 3.  Start with the problem first such as "Are you frustrated with ...?"

 4.  Offer a creative solution.  Think of someone who helped you solve your problem quickly and effectively.

 5.  Always think of the prospective client first.

 6.  Connect emotionally.  Let them know that you feel what they feel.

 7.  Share weaknesses and failures first and then share your strengths and successes.  Connect with pain.

 8.  Tell stories by using word pictures to help people imagine the solution.Blogging Man

 9.  Be neat and clean with attractive pictures.

10. Be clear, concise and compelling!

Hi Christopher,

You are right.  Your visual appearance is how people perceive you.

Your perception is everything!

What do people think of when they see you?

Brand yourself exactly the way you want people to perceive you.

You have a wonderful weekend also.
