Through the end of June 2016, we have seen the median price of homes in Norfolk increase slightly as compared to homes sold through the end of June 2016. Through the end of June 2015 the median sales price for homes in Norfolk, MA was $500,000. At the end of June 2016, the median sales price for a single family home in Norfolk, MA was $512,000.  This is a 2.4% increase.
