Looks great. The rooms look really beautiful. Are the services priced fairly reasonable? Can the services be paid at time of closing of escrow?

Phuong ~ Thank you for your comments. The staging services are reasonably priced, especially considering that this home had been on the market for many months without selling and the seller was carrying two mortgages, and it received a pending sale only a week after staging. Services can be paid by credit card, but are paid upfront. We don't allow payment at escrow since there are too many factors out of our control (such as if the home is taken off the market).
