South Riding Mid Week Update 8/20/2016-8/24/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 42 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional detached homes. 2 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional detached homes.
