Happy National Dog Day!

Today is a wonderful day to celebrate Man's Best Friend, and I'm happy to spend it with Samantha the Wonder Dog. Sam is a 16 year old pit bull/corgi mutt we were lucky enough to have adopted back in November of 2001 and she is the most loveable creature I've ever known.

Not only is Samantha The Technicolor Dream Dog sweet, she's also great blog fodder because there's always something interesting going on around her. For example, Samantha the Wonder Dog has a Sonogram and, my personal favorite, Why Fingerling Potatoes are No Longer Allowed in Our House.

Please give your dogs a belly rub from Team Zuhl!

My rescue dog is a true character and provides such a welcome diverson to every day life! He is part of my facebook posts, as he is on dog bed number 17. Many of his beds are laced with duct tape where he has chewed out the stuffing, and he can chew through the duct tape.
