Recently while trying to show a few homes there is a comment in the private remarks to not call 
or text for any showings but to email for showing instructions. I could understand if they had a showing service but ask to be emailed
for the information. This is also fine and I do use MailTrack to see when it has been opened.
Seems some are trying to live up to the reputaion that the general public is giving us and when calling to find out the quote was I do not respond to showings on the phone so email me. He said he had not received the email but the tracker showed he opened it on an Android twelve seconds fter it was sent and a total of six times in a four hour period!
We will peruse the home this evening after a second email and he looked at that four times before responding.
If you are going to be in a position to need a phone and want to be known for customer service do not make it harder than necessary!
