The average time on market was 173 days with several reasonably priced homes selling in 30 days or less.
The average list price was $449,209 and the average Sold price was $420,900.
The lowest selling home sold for $225,000 and the high seller went for $665,000
Home sale prices brought an average of 93.7% of list price at time of sale and 92.21% of original list price for those that saw price reductions.
