Spring is beautiful up here and it seems to be bringing Buyers out - we are seeing more contracts coming through and more people looking around. I think with gas prices going up, people won't travel as far so Atlanta people may be our best customer base instead of Florida.
I have 21 acres for sale, it has a totally remodeled home on it, three creeks, stocked pond, trails through the woods, very quiet and peaceful.
