Most people buy homes based on their emotions and then justify their choices with logic. To be a successful real estate professional in your area it is essential that you are able to romanticize your marketplace by succinctly conveying these emotional reasons to buy.
Apart from the home itself, what iconic landmarks, vistas or lifestyle elements do they fall in love with? Can you capture these top emotional reasons to buy in just 3 photos?
Every marketplace has several compelling emotional reasons to visit or move there. These emotional reasons go beyond practical needs such as relocating for career purposes.
For example, here in Carpinteria, California we have the “safest beach in the world”. There is a Farmers Market 6 days a week within a 30-minute or less drive. Our Central Coast Wine Country is just 45 minutes away, but many of the wineries have wine-tasting rooms close by in Downtown Santa Barbara.
For this contest, come up with 3 photos that convey the most compelling emotional reasons to buy a home in your area. Provide a narrative for each photo that succinctly conveys the positive emotional connection. Write at least 350 words, (we will not be counting) in total that romanticize your marketplace.
