The sales price to list price came in at 97 percent.

 Homes sold ranged in price from $70,000 to $450,000.  There were antique homes, the oldest home sold was from 2840 and the newest 2006.  Square footage of these homes ranged from 1200-3445.

 16 homes had accepted offers, 8 of which were considered solid, and 8 that were still being shown.  The price range of these homes with offers was: $24,900 to $385,000, they were also mostly 3 bedroom homes, and were built between 1807-1991.

The 10 homes in contract were mostly 3 bedroom homes ranging in price from $69,900 to $299,700.  These were  built between 1940 and 1971.
