Average Listing Price $493,41, Selling Price $491,576, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,478 sq ft home, 6,911 sq ft lot and 42 days on the market.
19 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 10 on the 500K to 600K range, and 2 on the 600K to 700K. From all the saleS 3 home were on short sale, 1 home was on probate and 1 was bank owned home, and the rest were standard sales.
