The total number of homes sold increased for the 2nd consecutive quarter continuing the long term upward trend in The Villas. The 1st Qtr. saw the days on market for those homes that sold decrease dramatically from the 4th Qtr and last year both. There are two homes on the market in The Villas at this time and the 12 month moving average price continues to edge up, 7% versus 2015. Currently there is 1 home under contract in The Villas. All of these numbers show continued strength in The Villas real estate market.
