When you look at this chart above, you will see our median home sale price continues to rise at an incredible level and while for sellers, this appears to be great news, no growth of this caliber will continue indefinitely.  You will also notice the median list price has leveled in it's growth and this is further proof that the economy is starting to feel the ceiling is close and they don't want to keep challenging.  

 

We have seen 55 straight months of listing price increases on home prices in Port St Lucie West 34986 and according to the Federal Reserve, interest rates are expected to rise in this last quarter of 2016.  When you factor in many factors of the housing economic picture, one conclusion is becoming very clear...
