In today's real estate market I find it can be difficult for a Real Estate agent to find a way to differentiate their listings especially with all the homes on the market today. It is almost as though consumers are numb to yard signs, just listed cards, flyers, etc. Not to mention the STAND UP job the National Media has done to spread the negative housing news in way that it has scared even the most qualified buyer! I speak to several agents and brokers a day and hear over and over how disgusted they are with what has taken place in such a short period of time. They agree a correction had to be made, but not to the point of almost crippling the housing market.
With the understanding that there are POSITIVES in even the gloomiest of markets and the fact that people STILL have to BUY and SELL - - Realty Time's® is here to provide not just differentiation to the Realtor® but provide the home seller with hope and the buyer with confidence!
Whatever happened to buying a house and making it a HOME...buying it for the LONG term gain not the SHORT term buck? That is how homes in today's market should be marketed (in my opinion). What I mean is showing not just the home, but the reason why...OUT OF ALL THE HOMES in that market...THAT should be the home that is purchased! In doing so a Realtor® cannot just put 25 photos, a virtual tour, a shaky video (some do), and a romance paragraph and think that is differentiation. I am talking about marketing that covers the local market conditions relevant to the listing, how that property compares in the marketplace, several segments about why now is a good time to buy, and, of course, details about the property itself and package it into a truly remarkable and flexible web-friendly format specifically designed to be distributed via e-mail and posted ANYWHERE the Realtor® and the home seller chooses such as, Yahoo videos, Google video, YouTube, Realtor.com® just to name a few.

How much are you paying to do what everyone else is doing? Homes & Land, Newspaper, post cards, flyers, brochures, magazines, etc.? NO LESS THAN $200 and the shelf life is as little as TWO days...If home sellers were educated that this is wasteful spending in both time and dollars they would probably not demand it as much as they do today. It is proven that 84% of home buyers used the Internet to search for homes but Realtor's® continue to spend more than 60% of their marketing on print media...WHY?
