We hope you enjoy the recording! (RECAP BELOW)

As promised during the webinar: ‘Get the Free Download of Greg’s Scripts and additional information about each script'

RECAP

We recently shared a blog post about a brand new agent who had massive success in her first week in real estate by simply having the right thing to say to people.

In this webinar, we are joined by Greg McDaniel and Matt Johnson from the Real Estate Uncensored podcast and Aaron Wittenstein, a KW Agent in White Plains NY.

Greg also shows off his scripts every single day on the Lead Gen, Scripts and Objections Facebook group (which Aaron founded), where you can watch him making actual calls to real consumers, so you can really understand how to deliver these scripts and make them sound natural.

In this webinar, we will discuss:

**Circle Prospecting when you have a listings, or when you don't.

** F.O.R.D - Family, occupation, recreation and dream. Or how to have meaningful conversations with people that leave them feeling like you actually care.

** Feel, Felt, Found (Triple F) - How to successfully get a price reduction by using an easy script

** Planning my (Fill in the blank) - How to reach out to your sphere and see if they have real estate plans in a certain time frame.

FSBO and Expired Scripts - When to do them, the systems needed, and his success rate.

In Ben Kinney's business (ActiveRain owner and Mega Agent) we have a formula for success. Say the right thing. Say it to enough people. Say it enough times. After you watch this webinar, you'll have the first piece of the formula nailed!

There are many agents who believe that scripts are worthless, unbelievable, insincere and a waste of time. Salespeople are successful because they were trained to achieve success using scripts to engage, illustrate and persuade. Every time a salesperson begins his journey, it's showtime. Do all salespeople have success even if they have been trained for success, no, but not all actors win an Oscar either.

When salespeople internalize their scripts and believe in their purpose to help people secure what they want or aspire to get, should they be criticized because they were scripted? Salespeople are performers, some good, some bad and some are great. The great ones sell with emotion in order to get their prospects or clients to take action emotionally.

Bob,

I am not really a script guy however if there are good talking points I would take that from the webinar.

I use scripting only to stay on track. Although you may have a phone call that is unusual and may require you to get off track, just watch your clock if you are using time blocking techniques.
