South Riding Mid Week Update 9/3/2016-9/7/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 32 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes. 2 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos &1 traditional sale town homes. 1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes.  There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
