Home sales in Hunters Cove have been extremely low so far in 2016, and through most of 2015 as well. The sole cause has been a lack of available homes for sale. Buyer demand for homes in this nice west side Greeley neighborhood continues to be high, but there have been very few homes on the market. This year, there have only been 7 sales, ranging in price from a low of $260,000 to a high of $580,000, with a median price of $314,900 and an average price of $343,486. Market performance was very good, with the average days to get an offer at 19, and average days on the market at 57. The sale price/list price ratio for these 7 homes was 99.2%.

Hi Dick -- yes, it's a lot more difficult to close homes when there is "nothing" to sell.  Here's hoping that homeowners in Hunters Cove and other Greeley neighborhoods who have been thinking of selling contact you and Mary.  Even in an extreme sellers' market, having the right real estate partners on your team remains important.
