Two Bedroom Homes for Sale Delta, CO Sept 2016 Real Estate Information

We are seeing quite a bit of activity with the two bedroom home segment of the Delta, CO real estate market. There are fewer homes on the market than there were last month, and a few new listings have also come on the market. 

There really is a wide variety of two bedroom homes for sale in the Delta area. This report will cover those homes listed in the local MLS. It includes homes in and out of town. It also includes manufactured homes and townhomes. 

• At this time there are 21 two bedroom homes on the market. Of these 8 are under contract pending a sale. 
• Two of the listings are new since last month's report. One of them is already under contract. 
• Prices start at $45,000 (this is a fixer upper and it's a great opportunity for the cash investor buyer) and go up to $299,999. The average list price is $131,680 and the median list price is $119,900.
• Three of the listings are out of town on a lot size of at least an acre. 
• These homes come in all sizes and styles. If you are looking to downsize we have small two bedroom homes on the market right now. If you want a larger home, we have those, too. House sizes start at 681 square feet and go up to 1717 feet.
