Discount brokers....Paying agents....killing the other guys. Why not use a knife its quicker. Why would you pay your client to work with you? Do you just do half a job instead? Personal opinion here as my wife is a Realtor and worth every dime she earns. Pay a client...don't think so! This site is for the cheap buyers.

Its definitely for cheap buyers, who would be better off in the end working w/ someone who is working for them
