My buyers were so excited when we drove up to this brick ranch house at 116 Montvue Drive in Lewisburg, WV. We all had our fingers crossed that the house would not need a lot of work inside like all the others we had seen in the last few days. Well, they were delighted. This house was move-in ready. They will eventually renovate the kitchen, and add hardwood floors in the living room and hallway. The house was so clean, even the basement!
Needless to say, they wanted to make an offer. We did and it was accepted with not one change! When I called to give the buyers the good news they were so excited and now can relax and enjoy the weekend. The inspections will all be done Monday afternoon, and of course, the buyers have been pre-approved.
While reviewing houses from the MLS, it seemed every house the buyers wanted to see in their price range already had a contract. They decided to go a little higher in price and found this gem.
