You can navigate to Fairfield At St James by taking Route 347 to Moriches Road. Fairfield will be after 2 traffic lights on your right.

 

 

This 55+ Condo Subdivision opened its doors in the late 1970's and later additional Condos were built in the 1980's. When available, this Suffolk County NY active adult community was built with 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom townhouses. Some have a garage, some do not. You will find central air conditioning and electric heat here. If you want a Ranch style Floor Plan, please ask because there are also upper level units with exterior steps here too. No Pets are permitted in Fairfield at St James.

 

 

The Clubhouse is active with 3 pools, gym, card rooms, billiards, and social events, and there's a tennis court also. A guard is positioned at The Gate-House during evenings and early morning hours.  Currently there is low inventory in Fairfield At St. James, so call Lawrence & Sheila to be placed on their ALERT list as Condos become available.
