the DeSoto area, with available homes well below that
of the prior two years:
New construction homes in DeSoto, TX had a slight increase in their available inventory for August from the previous year:
And although the median price fluctuates month to month, it is exciting to see that the median home price
per foot continues to rise for the DeSoto Real Estate market overall:
