Suzi Boyle is by far the best person my husband and I have ever worked with in the mortgage industry-she's also one of the absolute best professionals we've worked with in any area. We went through the process of obtaining a loan for a new home with her in 2012 and refinancing a different home in 2016.
Both times the process was extremely smooth with Suzi anticipating anything that would be needed and preparing us to close quickly and painlessly. She is amazingly good at finding fantastic mortgage products and worked with our real estate agent in wording the offer in 2012. Using a prepaid PMI option she saved us at least $ 6,000 on that transaction alone.
She is also meticulous in treating each transaction as seriously as we do ourselves and is constanatly working to move the process forward no matter how much that means she's working on the nights and weekends. We recommend her to all of our friends and wouldn't use anyone else in the future...
