New Paris, in the southeast section Elkhart County,  in extreme north central Indiana. The August report of 2016, shows the market with 6 residential homes sold, compared to 3 sold in 2015.  The average Days on Market for the period was 69, which is less than the 2015 amount of 86 DOM.

The average Listing Price for 2016 Decreased by 10.6% from 2015.

The average Selling Price for 2016 Decreased by 31.8% from 2015.

The average Days on Market for 2016 Decreased by 19.8% from 2015
