STAGED... 4 days...8 offers...SOLD...$21,000. over

Just another example of how staging is a worth while investment with a fabulous return. I staged this home on Tuesday and by Saturday they received 8 offers and the house sold for $21,000 above asking. Kudos to a great realtor, Sue McDonald, Prudential Select Real Estate.

Great Job.  I bet it just makes you feel fantastic when they got 8 offers and it sold for 21,000 over.  What a boost in confidence.  I just started my business 3 months ago.  I've done 2 vacant new construction homes.  They've been done for a week and a half now, and I'm just waiting for one to sell!!!  Great job Kimberley.

Chrissie, Best of luck with the new business. I have not been fortunate enough to stage a vacant new construction home - would love to. I work mostly with owner occupied homes. Please post your pictures, would love to see them.

Fabulous job!  Isn't it amazing how the right scale of artwork can pull a grouping together?  That is the biggest impact to me - although there were a lot of other great changes!

Melissa, I love big art. One it's easier and faster to hang then many smaller pieces and two, you can't beat the impact. This house was tricky because we couldn't move any of the over sized furniture out as the homeowners had no place to store it. We just de-cluttered and accessorized and it worked!

WOW Kimberly, great changes and impact.  Congratulation on a job very well done!

Great job Kimberly,

It goes to show the number one seller of a house is declutter but I think your choice in artwork is what made the wow impact.

Good for you!

Tori - I think we have happy home owners and realtor and of course I'm thrilled. The art is fabulous. I have an amazing wholesaler close by who sells these large pieces to me at a very reasonable price.

Cindy, I like that. the popping poppies! Red is my favorite accent colour.
