Dogwood Tree in Bloom in Red Hook

I love this time of year. Seeing the Dogwood in bloom is a sure indication that spring is in full swing.  This is also the time of year that many homeowners decide to sell their home and/or make plans for relocation.  On my blog, I offer many valuable tips to achieve these goals successfully.

It is also important to pay attention to what is happening in the local real estate market.  Below, I have provided you with the data for the month of April as well as the complete list of closed sales in Red Hook.  Please contact me by phone or email if you have any questions.

I am sure once you get through all of your chilly weather you will have a great spring for selling. Love the picture of the Dogwood, we have them here and they are gorgeous.

Hello Jennifer,
Spring is beautiful, isn't it?  I love all the blooming flowers and trees but most of all the warm days.  I believe the Buyers are ready to find the house they've been dreaming about all winter.

Jennifer

The Dogwoods are in full bloom across the river in Ulster Park, too- a beautiful sight to see. Fingers crossed on the buyers!

Kim - I have many white dogwood trees but I'd love to get a pink one.  Yes more buyers have entered the marketplace so I am hoping for both a good buying and selling season.

George you should be seeing them in the next week or so.

Cynthia - Last week it was nice and warm, everyone was very happy and in a good mood but this week it got cold again.  I agree once it gets warmer more people will be in a buying mood.

Ray- That's what we are hoping for.

Babara- Thanks for stopping by, now I have a new friend in the New Paltz area.  I sure hope this will be a good real estate season for us all in the Hudson Valley
