Ideal-Living Resort & Retirement Expo at Tysons Corner, VA

 

If you are looking for a retirement community or wish to purchase a second home in a resort area, you should consider attending the Ideal-Living Resort & Retirement Expo this weekend, September 24 and 25, 2016 at the Ritz-Carlton at Tysons Corner at 1700 Tysons Boulevard, McLean, Virginia. The hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. 

Dolores and I have attended several of these events and have visited a number of prospective retirement communities. Over 50 communities will be represented and there will be several seminars. You can register online for free expo passes

Tysons Corner is the location of this event, not the subject of the event. Many communities will be represented. Good marketing by some smart real estate professionals.

Real estate firms for many of these communities offer referral fees and special travel packages for visits. Many buy second homes long before retirement.
