Disclose Sign Up Fees Upfront!

    This is just a heads up for anyone out there looking for new venues to market themselves or properties.

    I just checked out  My4saleonline.com.  Their idea of FREE costs you $5 to sign up.  Genius?  I don't know.   I think it is misleading.   They take your information, and then give you the rest of the story which will end up costing you a minimum of $5.

    I am not particularly fond of "catchs".  In my book that is not the way to do good business. 

    When a service advertises FREE, then FREE it should be.

What a funny thing that is.  Transparency is king.  When people are transparent they succeed far more because people know exactly what they are going to get.
