New Jersey's Gypsy Moth Aerial Suppression Program for 2008 is now preparing to go into action beginning next week. If you are in an area that will treated by aerial spraying, your local community should have notified you of the details. If not, or you want to get the latest information, then click here for my previous article and corresponding links to the state's online schedule and local contact information.
This program will involve 17 counties, 98 municipalities, 9 agencies and over 93,000 wooded acres!
The date and times are all subject to weather and local conditions, but at this point in time, the schedule indicates that May 6th is when it will all start.
