The Addison Athletic Club is a great selling feature when showing homes in Addison.  I am always amazed when I show there how many agents fail to point it out in the graphic sheets and in the comments section of MLS.

I have an "in" with the Parks & Rec Department  (I volunteer at the AAC) and I get a handful of Town of Addison calendars to put in the listings along with information about the AAC.  The listings you're talking about are most probably agents who don't live in Addision or understand its potential.

If you have buyers considering Addison, stop by the Athletic Center and take them on a tour.  It's a BIG selling point.

Ah, Addison! Not a city, but a "town." The Town of Addison. The best place to live and work in North Texas. There's something to be said about a place that doesn't take itself too seriously. Note the exclamation point in the town's name. Here you'll find the ruminations, rants and raves of one of the town's realtors and residents.
