Retirement PhotoA Lower Cost of Living!

Here in Florida we have found that these are just a few reasons why it  cost less to live here. Tax's, Utility Bills (thats right primarily no need for heat), and just less wear & tear on your vehicles.
(See 55+ communities)

Climate is a big factor

Average temperature in Martin County Florida is 81 degrees and during the winter months average temperature is 60 degrees. Now tell me whats not to like about that?

Active Adult Communities

Just because you are ready to retire does not mean that you are ready to sit in front of the TV all day. You have worked hard for many years and now it is time to play hard. My job is to find out what kind of lifestyle you enjoy and then to find you a community that will match. Many of our seniors like to Golfing, Fishing, Boating or love watersports. Have a question about a particular activity?
