Our neighborhood appearance benefits 100% percent, exterior paint, clean and manicured lawns, open access to streets and uniform architectural design in all homes are all good points when trying to sell our properties.
HOA’s keep us honest, when we are all crazy running around and caring for everything except our property values, they remind you, your house needs a hug too, with some fresh paint or repair, and keep you accountable if you neglect or ignore their recommendations.
So don’t get upset or frustrated, HOA’s are a good thing!
