SOLD - 5800 Hummingbird Ct. Titusville FL 32780

I saw this house the week before while showing some out-of-town buyers.
A very pretty home with all the bells and whistles: beautiful tile, granite
counters and stainless appliances, built in 2003 with almost 2100 SF under
air. It was well cared for and showed like a model....AND I knew immediately
who was going to buy it. I called another person I had just started working
with and said I'd just found her dream home and could hardly wait for her to
see it. She thought I was being funny (or dramatic) until she walked in.
The look on her face said it all......we went to contract immediately and
closed four weeks later. It feels so good........the perfect pairing :-)

And yes, it is a very nice house and the new owner is committed to making it even better - great for the neighborhood :-)
