Legacy Oaks is a nice active adult community in Richboro, Northampton township Bucks County Pa.

I looked up the mls this morning to look for homes for sale and homes sold.

There was one home that sold in last six months. It had 2 bedrooms and 3 baths and sold for $379,850. It sold in 5 days for full price.

There are 2 homes for sale right now. They have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and 2 car garage.

One is listed for $389,000 and one is listed for $340,000.

One hoe is pending sttlement. It was listed for $360,000.It was on market for 120 days.

Hi Gita -- it appears Legacy Oaks in Richboro reflects a situation that exists in many communities across the country with low inventory of homes for sale. I hope you are able to find buyers for the two currently on the market for sale.
