Fullerton Short Sales Can Be Good Deals with the Right Agent!

Fullerton, California real estate always sells. Even in a tougher market there are home buyers moving into Fulerton. At this time approximately 30 % of the home avaliable for sale in Fullerton are "Short Sales". These are homes where the seller owes more than what he can sell and close escrow for including his closing costs. Often times these homeowners are also in foreclosure.

These homes are usually noted by having unusually low listing prices for the neighborhoods. It can be a bit confusing to a home buyer and even a bit decieving. I do not think it is commonly known how involved a short sale is. Plus, the advertised listing price is not necessarily the price the bank will take making it difficult for buyers to figure out.
