Hi John, another terrific looking report. Quick question about this line: "Sale Price adjusted for any seller contributions..." Do agents in your market actually discount seller paid NRCC's from the MLS reported price?

Michael - Thanks for stopping by! The seller contribution is reported separately from selling price in our MLS. I think this needs to be factored in to give a truer picture of the market, so I subtract it from the selling price to come up with the Sale Price in my reports.
