Today one of the larger Mortgage Companies had a luncheon and a company taking new head shots for anyone signing up.
It is a great time with networking with old friends and occasionally meeting a new agent getting a shot for the new business card.
What was interesting was an agent a few years younger complaing there were not enough hours in the day and wanted to cut back on supposedly 20 hour days. Asking if she had a plan the answer was a business plan. I explained that she had to make the yearly, monthly, weekly and daily plan and learn to work those plans. As soon as I was finished the words were it would never work for her; oh well!
