I left ReMax after many years to work with EXP Realty because it would give me more options for earning then any other brokerage. Just my personal plan for the "Golden years". Today I network with over 1500 agents across the USA (43 States now and growing) and I'm the go to guy for probate real estate. On top of this great Networking opportunity I'm earning Rev Share every month which will soon cover my mortgage just for sharing what I do with other agents and EXP Realty. On top of this added revenue source I have accumulated over 15,000 shares of EXP Realty Stock which is now worth almost $4 per share.
I could not receive these added revenue streams anywhere else so I took the plunge in 2014. Don't get me wrong here, I LOVED ReMax but they just couldn't give me what EXP Has and as far as I know ReMax doesn't give a pension so Hey! It has been a great 2 year experience but the point here is because EXP Realty is in 43 States now and growing, I can expand my Probate Real Estate Business.
PARTNER WITH GARYD: Yes I can now do probate real estate deals anywhere in the 43 States EXP Realty is and earn with my network agents. I can do a Probate R/E deal in Florida and be paid without having to have a Florida license. It has really been an added boast to my real estate business.
