Crestview Station is one of several transit oriented developments popping up throughout Austin (namely along the region's first commuter rail line - MetroRail's Leander-downtown route). This $100+ million, 73-acre re-development initiative will include 150,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space, 600 apartments and condominiums, and 500 single-family "row-house" style homes. Prices for the condos and homes are expected to range from the mid-$100,000s to the mid-$200,000s. Currently, the developers are in their 12 to 18-month-long environmental remediation phase. Once this is complete, construction will begin.
