I love Ventana Ranch West! It's a great looking neighborhood with pretty landscaping, walking/jogging trails and many parks, and homes which are newer which means they're more energy efficient.
It's a quiet neighborhood that's not too far away from grocery stores and places to eat, plus the schools are newer too. Most of them date from 2007 or later including Tierra Antigua Elementary, Tony Hillerman Middle school and Volcano Vista High School.
I've listed and sold a few other homes in Ventana Ranch this summer including a large two story home on Pony Hills and a large single story three car garage home on Corn Mountain, just on the other side of the big park. I also brought the buyer on a southwestern style home in Ventana Ranch.
