The Google Doodle is a fun animation in celebration of the Fall Equinox of 2016.
For me, this initiates one of my favorite seasons of the year here in Middle Tennessee.
The Oppressive Summer heat and Humidity gives way to cooler, crisper air, and the colors have begun showing up.
This started happening early last week. Temperatures in the early morning are a very pleasant low 60’s. Mid-day temperatures continue to peak in the 90’s, but that’s not so bad because we know that when the sun goes down, so will the temperatures.
Believe it or not, THIS season change also significantly affects the activity in the Real Estate Market.
My optimism for a STRONG Fall market relies on what I’m about to say holding water
I have a theory that many Home Buyers got disgusted with the shortage of available houses, the heat of the negotiations with multiple offers, and brutally HOT & HUMID weather which caused them to avoid stepping outside like the plague.
Just as I welcome the evidence of the climatic change of season, I anticipate a shift (in a good way) of our Real Estate market.
My observation is that the market has cooled in a healthy way such that many houses are not selling immediately.
This climate is perfect for awakening these dormant Buyers, so they can renew their shopping in a cooler, more sane environment.
‘Tis time to harvest the right house and move in before Christmas!
Of course, I and the Vital Few Real Estate Sales Professionals of Pareto Realty stand poised and ready to serve.
Let’s get this market MOVING in a new direction with VIGOR!
