Rhinebeck home sales August 2016 update
Home sales in Rhinbeck during August 2016 came in at 5, this was 1 more than that of August 2015. These homes averaged 90 percent of the list price.
The homes sold were built betwee 1770 and 2004, and the largest house was just over 3400 square feet.

The new listings to the market during the month ranged in price from $349,000 to $468,000.
These were 3-5 bedrooms homes, built between 1875 and 2014. The home size ranged from 1456 sq. ft. to 2672 sq. ft.
Seven homes received offers, ranging in price from $ 169,900 to $689,000. These homes were built between 1952 and 2003, with size ranging from 1100 sq. ft. to 3200 sq. ft
A house priced at $229,500 went under contract, it.was built in 1840 and was only 870 sq. ft.
