Several folks wrote with questions about Westwind Capitol Drive-In Free Movie Night Sept. 22, 2016.
Here are answers.
Westwind Capitol Drive-In is the last Drive-In Theater in Santa Clara County. There were four movie choices, Ice Age Collision Course, Suicide Squad, The Shallows and the Independence Day sequel.
Amazingly, the theater not only showed free movies, they showed double-features of all movies!
So we saw both Ice Age Collision Course and Suicide Squad.
The theater also gave out coupons to use over the next six weeks.
We watched the first feature outside in folding chairs with our blankets. As the night cooled, we watched the second feature from the warmth of our car.
