Heritage Creek is a lovely 55 plus Community in Warwick Township. Based on information in Trendmls there are 8 active listings in Heritage Creek. They range in price from $379,900 to $525,500 and they have been on the market for an average of 97 days.

I think the 55+ communities are great.....I just sold my listing in Downing Forge in Downingtown and had it been 18 months from now I would have considered buying it myself......
