Brian,

I have been listening to a lot of the ideas from blogging experts and want to improve my online presence.  This blog is kinda like text book on improving your readership by linking together related topics to create a following of readers with the ultimate goal of landing a buyer or seller!  If this is representative of all your blogs I see why you and Desiree won the Make Over to Take Over contest.  Good job!
