12 condos and townhomes were sold in August. The Minimum Listing Price was $245,000, Selling Price $230,000, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 864 square feet unit, 1,908 sq ft lot and 103 days on the market.

Maximum Listing Price $589,000, Selling Price $585,000 with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3,100 sq ft and 203 days on the market.

Average Listing Price $336,463, Selling Price $334,773 with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 1,420 sq ft unit and 70 days on market.

6 sales were in the price range of 200K to 300K, 5 in the 300K to 400K, and 1 on the 500K to 600K.range. From all the sales, 1 condo was on probate and short sale, 1 townhome was bank repo, and the rest were standard sales.

MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATES

Conventional mortgage loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.625% and the Fha is at 3.5%. The loan for veterans aka VA requires no down payment and has no private mortgage insurance.

18 condos and townhomes were sold in July. The Average Listing Price was $325,939, Selling Price $331,639, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 1,347 sq ft unit and had 50 day on market. One condo was on short  sale and the rest were standard sales. 8 units were sold in the 300K to 400K range.
