Maybe. Blogging is a part of our casual conversation in this house. With my wife writing on three blogs, including Muthahood and Mothers Fighting For Others, and me on my who knows how many blogs, it's only natural that they'd pick up on what may or may not be worth blogging about. :)

Heather, I think I'm going to be coming back to this one every time I need a good smile. :)

Jeff, that is absolutely perfect! I saw a t-shirt the other day (my wife actually found it some where on line) that said, "My Dad is Blogging This!" and I got a laugh out of it. Truly this shows, that nothing is sacred when it comes to our blogs...

How terrific. and how true. The whole family must have felt your passion when you started blogging. Do you remember right after you started you made me an associate and I didn't know what that was and from there, it has been history. Very cool and now, imagine how many times your son must have thought that even when he hadn't said it. Wonderful and a really feel good post because it is yours!

But I can totally relate. I'm worse about filming though. Everything has the potential to end up on You Tube. And everyone I know is not even surprised anymore. They don't even bother trying to hide =D

Jeff, Very funny!  Kids really do pick up on everything we do and say!  At least you know if you are not paying attention to a blog idea, your son will remind you!

Jeff, mine our out of the house.  Its been awhile since I have heard the simplicity of the moment from young kids.  And no, when they become approx. 13 to 28, you wonder where they came from or who raised them. AJ

I love his voice...such enthusiasm!  I don't know whether it is a good thing or a bad thing that the first idea that comes to his mind is blogging...but it is very cute!  Now go clean up something like Rocky told us all to do.  Does my desk count?

My kids have made a few funny's about blogging as well.   My sons asks whenever he sees the camera come out, Are you going to blog about that?

Anything to make an extra buck...now they encourage people to go buy green light bulbs so I did....and of course they are more money and less light. I asked the man at home depot the difference..he said now your bulb is powered by mercury chemical gas in stead of the usual filament. So now if I break one and step on it...I'll poison my blood...he said that's why you can't put them out in the garbage. You have to drop them off at a designated site which will now cost at least a gallon of gas.:)

What will be next blogging could be history when he grow up but for now it is whats happening and sound like he is ready.

Oh Jeff, my kids say this to me too. Oh there is mom, taking pictures for her blog. Get it photos for the blog and not them. 

Also can you do a tutorial on how to insert the sound into your blog? I was trying to figure it out one night as I wanted to post a 30 sec commercial we did, but couldn't. Thanks. 

I can't get anything to open.  I don't have speakers anyway.

Jeff.  It is amazing what children pick up on.  Thanks for the laugh.  Reminds me of when I used to take my children out to eat years ago. The waitress/waiter would say to me "what you would like"?  My response was "A one way ticket to the Carribbean".  Years later, I took my olderr son out to eat... still remembering this and when I am aaked what I would like,  my older son replied "A one way ticket to the Carribbean".  Either I *really* need a vacation.. and/or you are always looking for a good blog.

Its amazing how our kids know what we would blog about or even what a blog is, LOL! Where so many adults still haven't a clue!!

Too funny. I get that quite a bit at home with my three children. At first I think it was because they liked saying the word blog, well, it is a fun word.  Now it's because they like the idea of the whole words "up in lights" thing.

Jeff, I told my own children (many times) that kids are smarter than adults only less experienced. your 7 year old just proved it:-)

I listen to everything my kids say. I've even written blogs based on conversations with my kids.

Jeff, I was actually in Wal Mart earlier this evening and saw a can of " organic corn" It was 3 times more than the veggies with all the crap in them. I made a comment to the Wal Mart stocker guy that it just didnt make sense that we pay more stuff that has less crap in it! I think I will blog about that and mention this! Susan

I am impressed! I am sure he knows what a blog is, too! The friends of my teen aged sons were impressed I had a blog. My own kids could apparently care less. Unless it helps me earn money, which translates into more "stuff" for them!
