Ocean Harbor House Condos - Ocean Front Video
Ocean Harbor House - One of the few Ocean Front condo complexes on the Monterey Peninsula. Watch the gorgeous sunsets, watch the waves crash on the beach from your condo. There are two pools, work out room, spa, saunas. It doesn’t get much better than your own Monterey Ocean Front condo!
This is a quick video I created for an ocean front condo complex for my website. I used several photos, video clips taken with my iphone and one take with my fancy Nikon DSLR. Then put the video together on iMovie. I had to convert the Nikon video in order for it to work on the ipad.
iMovie for the iPad has gotten to be a pretty sophisticated little program! There are lots more features in it than I used for this video. Many times it's easier to edit video on the ipad than on my desktop PC!
I had a client buy one of these - Ocean Harbor House condos, earlier this year. It has incredible views as it's only 3 doors from the ocean! During escrow I was checking on some things for her at the condo. I called her and then said - oh am going to have to close the door first as those darn waves are so loud! Had to wait for a few moments until she stopped laughing.
Her husband had not seen the condo before we went into escrow. He had said - oh honey, just buy whatever you like! Oh what a guy!
They both came to see the condo during escrow. The wife was busy measuring and deciding what furniture to bring. The husband went straight to the front deck. Sat down, stretched out his legs and got comfortable. He just sat and started at the waves, mesmerized. Guess he liked it too.
Photos are wonderful. But if there is water involved - you got to have video! And it's really great for SEO - google loves it. Just be sure and describe what is in the video. Your video could end up on page one of Google.
