Great video and a good way to be different. I do think that you have to be a little different to get it done in todays market!

I have thought about ebracing sound and video ... but I can barely keep up with the websites and blogs, so until I get a partner I'll have to wait. Good job ... it woke me up this morning!

That was great, it must have taken you a while to put that together, good job, can you use any music? or is there a royalties issue?

Alison - the music we use is royalty free music. No ASCAP or BMI fees apply. The software makes the process of putting the videos together pretty painless. It is easy to modify your own images or royalty free images with programs such as picnik.com.

Chip and Richard - I really like programs like realestateshows.com and other similar products for virtual tours, However, I think they are a little bit boring (perhaps I have adult attention deficit disorder - LOL). I want to make my own videos for listing tours but I'm hesitant because I've seen so many lately that look 'shaky' and 'unprofessional'. Until I find something that I think will present the properties (and our business) in a professional light, I am going to avoid going that route.
